• Three bedrooms: bed one upstairs is a queen bed, bed two downstairs is a queen bed, bed three downstairs is  a double bed with an adjoining flex space with two single beds, a TV and a crafting area

• Expansive composite deck off breezeway: with BBQ, table and chairs, two zero gravity chairs, oh did we mention the view (salmon farm, seals, cormorants, loons, seagulls, eagles, harbour porpoises, eider ducks, and beach treasures galore) . Stairs from the deck lead down to the backyard, with fire pit, picnic table, fenced in area, and the cement stairway to shore (watch seals at high tide)
